MetaTools re-invents documentation writing with automatic creation of documents and statistics. Once the requirements are gathered and modeled, they are automagically transformed in a Requirements Sign-off document ready to be signed by all the stakeholders. It is as simple as a click to have an assessment of the MetaRepository Siebel Projects with statistics and charts.
From the work already done in the MetaRepository, MetaTools creates Word or Excel documents ready for use. There are five initial documentation templates available, three in Word format:

Requirements Sign-Off – containing the Business Analysis diagrams and requirement elements, use cases and process elements, and a list of the actors involved in the requirements modeling.

Requirements to Design – covers both the Business Analysis and Implementation diagrams and elements, so that all the information about requirements and solutions are available in the same document.

Implementation design – dedicated to documenting the application related diagrams and elements present in the MetaRepository Siebel CRM project(s).

While the other two in Excel:

Application Assessment – contains the list of the principal Siebel CRM elements (and their main characteristics) supplemented by related statistics such as Applet Relation Assessment, Business Object SubElements and general overview over the MetaRepository Siebel CRM Project elements.

Requirements Assessment – similar to the Application Assessment documentation but focused on the Business Analysis component; it includes statistics of use cases and processes and of the elements they contain.

All documents are complete with title page, document revision history and details (containing Project Title, Author, and other project related information), contents, figures index and subject index.
The standard documentation templates are not personalized with your company’s logo or standard formatting, while the contents are also standardized. Moreover, it can be updated every time you perform changes in your MetaRepository
